We are seeking a customer-centric CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Working with the Paid Marketing Team, the key focus is to increase frequency and lifetime value by leveraging customer insight and trends to deliver relevant personalisation. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for executing and optimising our domestic email, SMS and app campaigns. Reporting into the CRM Manager, this role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of CRM best practices and a passion for data-driven insights.
