OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (Facilities and Events)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 plus pension per annum FTE (depending on experience)
Hours: Permanent full-time or ¾ time (30–40 hours per week), including Sundays and some evenings
Description of Job:
St Paul’s Leamington has a vision (together with other churches) to give everyone in our area a meaningful opportunity to respond to the good news of Jesus, by Easter 2033. It is unashamedly big, because God ‘is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine’ (Eph 3:20).
We are seeking a passionate, organized leader as Operations Director to oversee the effective management of the church’s fabric, facilities, and events.
This role works alongside the Operations Director responsible for ministry and administration to ensure structures and systems meet our needs and support future growth. It also includes leading the next phase of church buildings redevelopment and working toward the goal of net zero by 2030.
