Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Allocate resources effectively and adjust plans as needed.
- Lead meetings to track progress and address roadblocks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, design specs, and user manuals.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; address issues promptly to keep the project on track.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and act as the main technical point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Work with clients to understand needs and translate them into project requirements; collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Key skills and qualifications
- Leadership and team coordination: lead and motivate cross-functional teams; inspire and guide team members to achieve project goals.
- Communication and stakeholder management: convey complex information clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Organisation and time management: manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Problem-solving and risk management: identify issues and develop effective solutions; proactively address risks.
- Customer focus and adaptability: understand and anticipate customer needs; adapt to changing requirements.
- Technical expertise: understand and unblock technical challenges; make technical decisions to propel delivery; experience managing multiple SaaS implementation projects.
- Desirable: Prince2 Practitioner or PMP Certification.
What you’ll get
- Salary band £53,000–£60,000 with a 10% performance-based bonus.
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in London office: Tuesdays and Thursdays) and flexible hours.
- Work From Anywhere for up to two weeks per quarter.
