Responsibilities
- Manage 10 workstreams within shipping/trading that are working in silos, bringing direction and collaboration with business goals in mind.
- Examples of workstreams include:
- ETRM upgrade with new trading products
- Introduction of new traded products in Europe
- Data visualisation / optimization for BO accounting
- Face off to the business and manage up to stakeholders with reporting lines into the board.
- Expect some hurdles in large scale projects.
- Governance, control, and budgets for large projects.
- Overseeing teams of PMs, PMOs interacting with business and tech leadership.
- Experience on large budgeted projects; project around $20mil with up to 10 workstreams + a global workforce.
- Commodities preferred – any form of energy trading / shipping analytics (not regulatory).
- Front to back office tech focus.
