Head of Client Delivery | HW Interim Solutions | Executive & Senior Level Interim Mandates
HW Interim Solutions are working with a Yorkshire based client to appoint a senior PMO & Change Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a period of significant organisational and people-led transformation.
This role requires an experienced PMO professional with a strong HR and change background, capable of providing structure, governance and momentum across a complex portfolio of transformation activity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO capability across multiple programmes and workstreams
- Establish clear governance, prioritisation and reporting across change initiatives
- Partner closely with HR, People and senior leadership teams to deliver organisation-wide change
- Embed effective change management disciplines to support adoption and sustainability
- Provide clear insight to senior stakeholders on delivery risk, dependencies and capacity
Qualifications
- Proven senior-level PMO experience in complex, change-heavy environments
- Strong HR / people change / organisational transformation exposure
- Confident operating with senior stakeholders
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused and comfortable working in ambiguity
