A Site Manager is required to work for a residential developer in Oxfordshire.

This developer is known for the luxury residential developments that they carry out with a strong pipeline of work and eager to progress careers.

The project is working on a large high end residential developments working to traditional houses and apartments with a large amount of units.

Ideal candidate

• 3-5 years’ experience as an Assistant/Site Manager.
• You will be required to have a degree qualification or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Construction developer experience.
• A strong track record as a Site Manager.
• Projects seen through from inception to completion.
• Having worked on large residential schemes.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate,
• First Aid Certificate.
