Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for clinical leadership and innovation? We’re seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to take on an exciting role at our head office in Hampshire, as Head of Clinical Quality and Innovation. In this pivotal position, you’ll lead the development of high-quality occupational therapy services for adults and children, driving clinical excellence and professional development. Working closely with the Therapist Network Director, you’ll shape strategy, embed best practices, and lead a team of Clinical Leads to ensure the highest standards of care.
