Now, we’re hiring our first Product Manager, someone excited to shape the roadmap, drive 0→1 product development, and work at the heart of one of the biggest challenges of our time.
Responsibilities
- Founding PM: Own the product strategy, discovery, and delivery end-to-end
- 0→1 Focus: Build, launch, and iterate products from scratch
- Direct Impact: Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and commercial teams
- Mission-Driven: Help accelerate the shift to a decarbonised energy system
- Has shipped 0→1 products at an early-stage startup
- Balances commercial awareness with a data-driven mindset
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Brings strong product instincts and a pragmatic approach
- (Bonus) Passion for climate or complex systems, domain expertise not required
