Role

Customer Services Specialist within Nutmeg. You will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers, providing an outstanding customer experience and ensuring that all queries are addressed in a timely manner. You will identify opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals and refer them to the relevant Nutmeg contact when necessary. This role offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your passion for financial services and excellent communication skills are highly valued.
