We’re looking for an Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering our first large-scale Randomised Control Trial (RCT) with the Education Endowment Foundation and the University of Warwick. You’ll need to be proactive, resilient, and confident in managing people and projects, while keeping a clear focus on delivering impact for students.

Location: London/Remote Hybrid

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday). We can discuss flexible working patterns, e.g., school hours, as needed.

Salary: £ 38,000-£4 2 ,000 , depending on experience ( including £2,000 London weighting . )

Contract: Fix term until June 2026

Proposed Start date: Mid-October 2025
