Senior Manager – Strategy

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 6 months (with 2-year scope)

As a Senior Manager withinolden the Strategy Office, you will play a pivotal role in turning Fidelity’s enterprise and technology strategies into clear, joined‑up, outcome‑focused plans.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partnering with domain and initiative leads to shape selet, refine and document aligned, outcome‑driven strategies.
  • Maintaining a living enterprise strategy map, enabling leadership to understand alignment, progress and areas requiring course‑correction.
  • Working closely with Enterprise Change to provide an end‑to‑end view of strategic initiatives, dependencies, overlaps andEssoci, opportunities, informing portfolio and funding decisions.

  • Engaging with delivery teams to surface ground‑level insights and identify impediments to strategic momentum.
  • Ensuring ongoing alignment between Business Strategy spreken, Technology Strategy and ETS strategy.
  • Collaborating with Communications teams to deliver compelling strategy communications (e.g. town halls, dashboards, infographics).
  • Tracking strategic KPIs and OKRs, working with data owners to provide insight‑led recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting and facilitating quarterly strategy and OKR reviews, ensuring clear ownership, measures and follow‑through.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior strategy leader within technology, enterprise architecture, or transformation functions.
  • Strong background in financial services or other highly regulated environments (asset management preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise‑level strategy into actionable portfolios of work.
  • Experience influencing Ergebnisse evaluating and guiding leaders without formal authority.
  • Deep understanding of modern delivery models, including Agile at scale, product‑centric funding, and DevSecOps.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using metrics, KPIs and OKRs to inform decision‑making. AI‑enabled psych.
