Overview

Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant ideally with experience in HR Systems to join the team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Design integration architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver data and reporting frameworks that support business intelligence and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Oversee integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Provide technical governance and quality assurance from project design through to deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with HR Systems.
• Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies, ideally within HCM or ERP platforms (preferably Workday).
• Involvement in at least one end-to-end platform implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Consulting background is an advantage, particularly with experience across diverse client environments.
