Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work on a large programme of work to help plan their HQ move within London. The Project Coordinator will be assigned to the Operation Readiness team and will liaise with all workstreams involved including IT, Facilities and Business Change functions.
Ideally, the Project Coordinator will have previous experience in a large scale office move or relocation programme and be able to support and develop detailed plans between the teams whilst driving towards delivery. This will include risk documents, activity logs, finance and cost management.
It will be beneficial to have an understanding of all aspects of project coordination to assist with the mobilisation of a new HQ building and all of the necessary services including but not limited to move and migration planning, installation of direct purchased FF&E, snagging, services mobilisation and transition, facilities mobilisation, business continuity support, licensing and planning.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate a large programme of work to move the HQ within London, liaising with IT, Facilities and Business Change functions to develop and align detailed plans across teams.
- Drive delivery through the development of risk documents, activity logs, and management of finance and cost information.
- Support mobilisation activities for the new HQ building, including move and migration planning, FF&E installation, snagging, services mobilisation and transition, facilities mobilisation, business continuity support, licensing and planning.
Qualifications
- Ideally, previous experience in a large scale office move or relocation programme.
- Ability to support and develop detailed plans between teams and maintain delivery focus.
- Understanding of project coordination to assist with mobilisation of a new HQ building and associated services.
