We are currently working with a prestigious developer who due to planning have a number of new site starting as a result they have tasked us with finding them site managers. You will be working onsite as number 1 reporting into the contracts manager with assistant working under you overseeing the subcontractors and ensuring all of the houses are finished to the high standards they are known for. The site is 18 unit development of high end houses ranging in size 2,500-4,000 square foot and is programmed to last 18 months and is outside of Basingstoke. Requirements
- Experience of working on high end residential developments
- Experienced as a number 1 site manager
- SMSTS
- Checkable references
