Business Partner – Commercial Finance

Location: Shepherd’s Bush (4 days onsite)

A UK‑leading entertainment giant is seeking an experienced Business Partner to support their commercial team with insightful analysis and data‑driven decision‑making.

This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to influence the performance of key commercial functions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee functional reporting, planning, and analysis for commercial areas.
• Build robust business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide support and challenge to heads of commercial functions, ensuring decisions are underpinned by accurate data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Commercial Finance & FP&A.
• Background in multi‑store retail or B2C environments.
• Skilled in SQL, Python, and Data Visualization platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prior experience within B2C businesses preferred.

Reporting Line

• Directly to the Director of Commercial Finance.
