We are looking for a driven Franchise Development Manager to play a key role in the expansion of our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership of our initial franchise roll-out, build the foundation, and lead franchisee onboarding and support. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing franchise partners across the UK. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially sharp, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified franchisees in line with our growth strategy.
• Operate and support the franchise locations to ensure smooth launches and quality control.
• Build on the current framework as a starting point to refine and scale the franchise model.
• Lead franchise conversations, from initial outreach through to signed agreements.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and training teams to ensure each new franchisee is set up for success.
• Maintain strong industry knowledge, staying informed on trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of proven experience in franchise development or similar.
• Strong ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments where roles may stretch beyond their title.
• Eager to grow with a fast-moving brand.
• Based in the UK.
