We are working with a major European infrastructure private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing.
The role will work on the following:
- Origination of investments for the firm
- Carrying out an initial appraisal of investments
- Structuring of transactions alongside Directors
- Managing advisors as principal
- Deal execution
Qualifications
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other funds
- VP leveraged Investment bankers with energy or infrastructure deal exposure
- Energy / Infrastructure deal experience is essential for the role
- DCM/ lending / structured finance/ lending/ credit experience is essential
