We are seeking a high quality individual who is able to work independently across a varied landscape of processes and teams (multi-national). You will be able to analyse in depth processes and challenge back on deficiencies and concerns. In addition you:

• Must be able to continually consider quality and compliance angles within analysis
• Take target requirements and evolve them to structured delivery plans
• Support technical resources to ensure their understanding of the requirements
• Author high quality test plans (high and low level) to prove initiatives are as expected
• Good at presenting and conversing concisely
• Good quality documentation – taking into account the audience that is targeted
• High/low level planning

Skills / Experience

• Confluence/Jira/Xray experience
• Salesforce (Service and Sales Cloud) – key
• MS Dynamics/Oracle/ETL – advantageous
• Data migration experience – nice to have
• Data analysis – advantageous
• Previous experience delegating for PM / project Lead and supporting managers creating presentation assets
