Base pay range

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, privately held business that is operating internationally. They are seeking a skilled Group Accountant. This role will be central to managing group consolidation and delivering financial clarity across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close processes and group consolidation
Prepare consolidated financial statements (under IFRS and/or UK GAAP)
Manage intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis
Support external audit processes and documentation
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting at group level
Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting, internal controls, and processes

What We’re Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Proven experience with multi-entity consolidation
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS and/or UK GAAP)
Advanced Excel skills plus comfort with financial reporting tools
Sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail
Collaborative team player
Exposure to acquisition accounting or M&A integration
Familiarity with financial or ERP systems
