New off-market opportunity at a top-tier US firm in London that’s looking to hire a high-calibre Commercial Real Estate Associateto join its growing practice.

This is an exceptional chance to work on landmark transactions across a variety of sectors -including residential, commercial, logistics, and hospitality, while gaining cross-border exposure and collaborating with market-leading partners.

The Role:

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and developments of real estate assets.
• Drafting and negotiating a range of property-related documents, including sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, and leases.
• Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
• Providing strategic advice to clients, including institutional investors, developers, and private equity funds.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1–5 PQE
• Demonstrated experience in handling complex property transactions.
• Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage client relationships.
• Comparative law firm or in-house experience
