The Role
You'll deliver high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets, while also supporting Landlord & Tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals. The role offers flexibility to shape your responsibilities based on your experience and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS-compliant property inspections and valuation reports
• Advise across retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors
• Build strong client relationships and deliver timely, accurate advice
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
• Identify new business opportunities and support client development
• Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes

What We're Looking For

• RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
• Experience in residential and/or commercial valuations
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
