About the role

In your role as Developed Market Equities Analyst, you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to generate high-quality company and industry research and analysis.

Analysis – as an experienced analyst, you will be a producer of high-quality investment research for the Developed Market Equities (DME) team’s investment decisions and will evaluate the analysis from other team members. The research role will be focused on industries relevant to the mandates being managed by the DME team.

Investment Platform - the Analyst will contribute to the evolution of the DME investment platform. They will help develop the team’s investment approach and investment tools that will facilitate a common language of discussion. This will include, but not be limited to, idea generation (including sustainability), analysis (including modelling & ESG), valuation techniques (including DCF and historic multiples), thesis capture and monitoring (including engagement and voting).

Team – collective responsibility will be key to the successful functioning of the DME team with each member expected to provide support to each other and, where necessary, provide training and mentoring to less experienced team members thereby enhancing the reputation of USSIM Equities both internally and externally.
