Associate – Project Finance & Infrastructure Investments

Madison Hunt is partnered with an independent investment and advisory platform who are looking for an Associate to join its growing team. The firm works at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, and the transition economy - partnering with developers, investors, and public institutions to originate, structure, and execute project finance and structured equity transactions.

With a strong strategic focus and deep sector expertise, the platform plays an active role in shaping complex, real-asset investments across Europe and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on live transactions, support the growth of an entrepreneurial platform, and gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory
• Familiarity with infrastructure, energy, or capital-intensive sectors
• Strong financial modeling skills and a solid grasp of debt/equity project finance structures
• Degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field from a well regarded university
