Are you an experienced CIMA-qualified Financial Controller looking for a hands‑on leadership role within a forward‑thinking and values‑driven organisation?

The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day financial operations, oversee a dedicated finance team, and play a key role in developing and improving systems, controls, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Produce insightful management reports including KPIs, variance analysis, and project profitability
- Manage ERP financial elements (Microsoft Business Central)
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash management
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with VAT, payroll, and pension requirements
- Drive process improvements and support business growth initiatives
About You
- CIMA‑qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in manufacturing
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Business Central
- Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical ability
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
- Highly organised and proactive in a fast‑paced environment
