What We’re Looking For

• Currently operating as a Land Director or are ready to step into this role from a senior position with a new build developer. You have a relevant contact base across Leicestershire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire, ensuring access to high-value land opportunities.
• Successfully managing a team
• Partnerships background (preferred)
• You thrive on leading and inspiring successful teams with a collaborative, ‘winning together’ mindset.
