A growing, family-owned property investment and management group is seeking a proactive and technically strong Finance Manager to take ownership of its financial operations in London. With a portfolio spanning London and other major cities across the UK, the business combines entrepreneurial drive with a commitment to high-quality asset management and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Managing payroll, PAYE, and pensions for the team
- Preparing and filing VAT, Corporation Tax, and annual statutory accounts
- Producing management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and budgets
- Driving process improvements and enhancing financial reporting systems
- Liaising with non-Finance stakeholders across the business
Qualifications
- Full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and statutory compliance
- An understanding of service charge accounting
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero
- Property sector experience (advantageous)
