The role in a nutshell Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team to support our Cosy Club brand. This role is critical within the FP&A team, responsible for the provision of key commercial analysis to senior management to support the business in understanding and controlling performance including, but not limited to, labour spend, gross profit, and menu development modelling and pricing. The successful candidate will have experience of business partnering at an operational and director level, as well as a strong track record of owning, producing and developing timely, accurate and insightful performance reporting and analysis. Experience within the hospitality sector / multi‑site retail or similar would be preferred. This role is primarily based at our Bristol City Centre headquarters. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be willing to work from the office four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Financial and KPI analysis on weekly and period performance
• Manage delivery of ad hoc data/insight support requests
• Pro‑active approach to provision of data‑driven insight to department directors and senior ops teams to assist with decision making and optimising the growth of the business
• Support/challenge as necessary using commercial finance acumen
• Partner on budgeting and forecasting process
• Drive and support the design and development of reporting improvements
• Look for efficiencies in FP&A tasks and commercial opportunities in the business.

• Experience with BI tools preferred (multi‑dimension “cube” reporting)
