Job Title: VAT Director

Location: City of London – 2 days in office, 3 days from home

The Role:

Due to ongoing growth, my client are seeking an exceptional VAT Director to join their dynamic London team and drive the development of the VAT practice across corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Manage complex VAT advisory projects for UK and international clients
• Oversee VAT compliance processes with opportunities for tech innovation
• Mentor and develop talent across the VAT team
• Collaborate with partners on business development initiatives
• Provide expert VAT technical advice and solutions
• Review advisory work and ensure exceptional quality standards
• Build strong client relationships and drive practice growth

The Individual:

• ACA/CTA qualified with Senior Management/Director experience
• Strong UK VAT expertise and international VAT familiarity
• Proven leadership skills with team management experience
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• Project management expertise with strong delivery focus
