Paragon are working with an elite systematic equity portfolio manager, within a $30BN AUM platform. We are searching for a Senior Quant Developer to join its systematic equities desk. This is a front-office role, sitting side-by-side with portfolio managers and researchers to design, build, and enhance the trading and research platform that drives the desk’s performance.

Responsibilities

• Building and scaling research tools, data pipelines, and execution systems
• Working directly with PMs and quants to implement and productionize trading ideas
• Enhancing infrastructure to support systematic equity strategies across regions
• Strong Python (and ideally C++) engineering skills
• Experience in a systematic trading / hedge fund / equity quant environment
• Track record of delivering production-quality solutions in close collaboration with researchers and PMs
• Strong grasp of market data, equity microstructure, and systematic workflows

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quant Developer or similar in a systematic equities context
• Proficiency in Python and ideally C++
• Exposure to data pipelines, research tooling, and execution systems
