We are seeking a confident and proactive Client Services Administrator to support our client’s team of experienced advisers and paraplanners. This is an excellent opportunity to join a values-driven, professional environment where your contribution will be recognised, and your career can flourish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing daily administrative support to a team of established financial advisers and paraplanners.
  • Accurately processing new business applications and maintaining the CRM system (Xplan).
  • Implementing advice recommendations in a compliant and timely manner.
  • Liaising professionally with clients and product providers to ensure smooth, effective communication.
  • Assisting in drafting basic reports and supporting ongoing review and planning processes.
  • Keeping up to date with FCA regulatory changes and contributing to best practice.
  • Supporting the development and improvement of internal processes and systems.
  • Handling general office duties, including managing incoming communications and client queries.
  • Participating in internal projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial planning or wealth management administration role.
  • Comfortable working with high and ultra-high net worth clients and their expectations.
  • Solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Experience using Xplan is highly desirable.
  • A professional, detail-oriented individual with a proactive, can-do attitude.
