What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior finance leaders to deliver strategic objectives and optimise credit performance.
- Lead by example, setting clear goals and KPIs while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and development reviews to help your team grow and succeed.
- Champion continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Prepare executive‑level reports and keep stakeholders informed with clear, actionable insights.
- Build strong relationships across global teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2–3 years in a senior credit management role.
- Proven leadership experience with both direct and indirect teams.
- Expertise in collections and credit risk management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- A track record of driving change and improving processes.
The role offers hybrid working, and is not fully remote; therefore, candidates must be able to travel to the Glasgow office regularly (and at short notice).
