The Role

What you’ll be doing
- Leading financial modelling and analysis for contract tenders.
- Partnering with commercial and operational teams to develop competitive bids.
- Providing scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments.
- Monitoring contract performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Preparing business cases and investment appraisals for key initiatives.
- Managing and developing a direct report.
- Driving improvements in financial processes and reporting.
- Acting as a trusted finance business partner across the organisation.
What we’re looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills (advanced Excel).
- Experience in contract tendering, bids, or project finance.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Leadership skills and experience developing people.
