Technical Services Manager
The successful candidate must have previous experience within an Estates role, ideally within a commercial environment.
Your duties will include:
- Advise the Director of Estates on expert estates management, best practice and legislative requirements
- Lead for a wide range of Hard and Infrastructure services including capital works, building services
- Ensure records are created and maintained for schemes and developments to satisfy audit requirements
- Procure and control all sub‑contracted building work across all premises including leased buildings, and draw up programmes of refurbishment, adaptation, and alterations to existing buildings within a minor works programme
- Direct, develop and monitor the effective operational delivery of planned preventative maintenance regimes, end‑of‑life replacement programmes and environmental upgrades
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience managing multi‑building organisations
- Experience managing contractors and suppliers
