Overview

Our client within financial services is looking to hire a Python Developer to work as a contractor on a number of middle office and risk initiatives. This will be a multi-year opportunity for someone with a strong background as a Python Developer and experience at a financial services company.

Responsibilities

• Support liquidity reporting system upgrades
• Support collateral management platform optimisation and system upgrades
• Support securities lending programme and system upgrades
• Develop large, business-critical solutions
• Provide ongoing support for existing functionality and implement new feature requests
• Contribute to risk systems enhancements and related initiatives

Qualifications / Experience

• Strong Python development background
• Experience in financial services industry
• Ability to work as part of a multi-year contractor engagement

Remuneration

Rate up to £600 per day
