COMPANY
A well-established AI-driven technology business with a specialist hospitality division that operates like a startup. This team designs and builds pricing optimisation, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions for hotels, empowering clients with real-time, AI/ML-driven insights. You’ll be joining a close-knit product team creating customer-facing analytics tools with full ownership and creative freedom.
THE ROLE
You’ll be part of a small but highly skilled engineering group, working closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager. This is a hands-on analytics engineering role where you’ll shape the data layer, refine product features, and help deliver impactful dashboards directly to hotel clients.
Day to day, you will:
- Build new dbt models to support features and products
- Develop and enhance dashboards in Omni
- Use BI tools (Looker or similar) to visualise insights
- Remodel and transform hotel data for pricing/revenue analysis
- Collaborate with Product to scope MVPs and break down deliverables
- Communicate with non-technical stakeholders to refine features and outcomes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proficiency in SQL and data modelling
- Experience with dbt and BigQuery preferred
- Comfortable creating data products and dashboards for end users
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
