Technical Lead
C#, .NET, Azure | Hybrid: Manchester | Salary up to £75k
Are you a hands-on technical leader who enjoys shaping integration platforms, mentoring teams and delivering meaningful systems at scale?
If so, I’m supporting a large, purpose-driven organisation on a key hire within their Software Engineering function.
This is a Technical Lead role where you’ll sit at the heart of integrations. With this, they’re looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with people leadership and strategic influence!
Strong C# / .NET experience is essential for this one.
They’re also looking for someone with a focus on integrations and cloud-native design
- C# / .NET
- RESTful APIs & SOAP services
- Event-driven architecture & DDD
- Git & branching strategies
- Leading a junior and a mid-level developer, providing hands-on leadership through code reviews, solution design and technical challenge
Recruiting, coaching and developing engineers by ensuring skills keep pace with technology changes will also be a huge part of this!
- Owning the technical direction and architecture across integrations & automation will also be part of your role, shaping how business applications and automation initiatives are designed and delivered
- In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to set the direction, priorities and standards for the wider IT & Digital strategy team
You’ll be a key technical voice across the organisation, influencing stakeholders and senior leaders
