12 months contract, extendable – Hybrid (Luton) – Operations Analytics Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analytics Lead with strong expertise in SAP analytics and business analysis to lead our data-driven initiatives within global operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical skills with leadership capabilities to deliver actionable insights, optimize supply chain performance, and influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for supply chain operations, translating business requirements into impactful analytics solutions.
• Manage delivery teams and oversee people development, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions to define priorities, communicate insights, and drive decision-making.
• Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere to design, develop, and manage large-scale data solutions and models.
• Deliver analytical insights that simplify complex information, presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foster collaboration across geographies and cultures, leading diverse teams in a global environment.
• Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within supply chain analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven business analysis experience in supply chain operations.
• Strong technical expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and large-scale delivery programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate data into business impact.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple regions and cultures.
