We are looking for a Braze qualified CRM Solutions Developer, to provide technical ownership of our Braze platform. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to engage our audience. This includes leading on Braze data projects and ingestion as well as developing complex marketing automation solutions. You’ll be a true Braze specialist, skilled in strategically and technically leveraging its full capabilities to drive personalized, data-driven customer engagement. Location: London, hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office.

About the role:

You’ll report to the Head of CRM and will be responsible for the development of complex marketing automation solutions using the Braze platform, including multi-channel campaigns with advanced personalisation. You are fully versed in the Braze capabilities including but not limited to Canvas, Segments, Catalogs, Data ingestion (Via GCP, API), Customer attributes, SDK and Custom events. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver company initiatives, leading on Braze data projects. Skilled in operating across strategy and execution you’ll translate strategic process flow or segmentation strategy into real life automation journeys, including ensuring best practice Braze utilisation and knowledge share across the team. You’ll be highly data driven, and skilled in utilising data and analytics to create targeted, personalised marketing strategies. You’ll assume a test and learn approach leading multivariate testing and optimisation efforts to improve campaign performance. You’ll also be responsible monitoring and reporting on campaign KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

What are we looking for?

• CRM Expertise: You’ll have a proven experience as a Braze Solution Developer along with strong knowledge of Braze and advanced services, specifically Canvas, Segments, Catalogs, Data ingestions such as; GCP, API, Custom attributes, SDK & Custom events.
• Braze certification: You’ll be a Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect
• Data skills: You’ll have a proven ability to integrate data from multiple sources into Braze and create actionable programs
• Tech ability: You’ll have hands-on experience and practical understanding of HTML, SQL, JSON and Liquid
• Soft skills: Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
