Shift Pattern:

1) Monthly rotation shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

2) Candidates must be able to work occasional after-hours and weekends in the office, ideally once or twice every two months, to support Infrastructure teams with validation checks.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Over 8 years of experience in Desktop Support
  • Expertise in O365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and other Office applications
  • Support for O365 cloud environments
  • Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktops
  • Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment)
  • VPN, printer support, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting
  • Desk-side support role for VVIP clients
  • Experience working with Asia-based offshore support teams
  • European client-facing experience preferred
