Full-Time Remote Position

A dynamic stealth company is seeking a skilled Webmaster to join our innovative creative studio team. This remote position focuses on WordPress management with a strong emphasis on product data management, visual content creation, and multilingual content development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and update WordPress-based e-commerce platform
• Execute systematic product data entry and catalog management
• Ensure consistent site performance and user experience optimization
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory synchronization

Software Integration & Technical Requirements

• Navigate and manage Printify’s print-on-demand platform for product fulfillment
• Synchronize product listings between WordPress and Printify systems
• Monitor order processing and fulfillment workflows
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain seamless connectivity
• Optimize product variants, sizing, and customization options within the Printify ecosystem

3D Modeling Software Proficiency

• Work with industry-standard 3D modeling applications to create compelling product visualizations
• Demonstrate solid understanding of 3D spatial positioning, lighting, and camera angles
• Create photorealistic product mockups and renderings for e-commerce display
• Position products within virtual environments to showcase features and aesthetics
• Collaborate with design team to maintain visual consistency across all 3D assets

Adobe Photoshop & Canva Expertise

• Utilize Photoshop for advanced image editing, retouching, and optimization
• Export high-quality images in multiple formats and resolutions for web and print applications
• Leverage Canva for rapid design iterations and social media content creation
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Optimize images for web performance while preserving visual quality
• Create custom graphics, banners, and promotional materials as needed

Claude.AI Content Generation

• Harness Claude.AI’s capabilities for creating compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions
• Develop engaging copy that resonates with target audiences in both English and Spanish markets
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all AI-generated content
• Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance
• Implement content strategies that drive conversion and customer engagement

Facebook/Meta Product Catalog Management

• Configure and maintain Facebook Business Manager product catalogs for social commerce
• Synchronize product data feeds between WordPress and Meta’s Commerce Manager
• Optimize product listings for Facebook and Instagram Shop integration
• Manage dynamic advertising campaigns through Facebook Catalog integration
• Monitor catalog health, resolve feed errors, and ensure compliance with Meta’s commerce policies
• Implement Facebook Pixel tracking for conversion optimization and retargeting campaigns

Google Merchant Center & Product Catalog

• Set up and maintain Google Merchant Center product feeds for Google Shopping campaigns
• Ensure product data compliance with Google’s product data specification requirements
• Manage Google Shopping ads integration and product listing optimization
• Monitor account health, address policy violations, and resolve disapproved products
• Coordinate with Google Ads campaigns to maximize product visibility and conversion rates
• Implement structured data markup to enhance product rich snippets in search results

TikTok Shop & Commerce Integration

• Configure and manage TikTok Shop product catalogs for social commerce on the platform
• Synchronize product listings between WordPress and TikTok Seller Center
• Optimize product content for TikTok’s unique video-first commerce environment
• Collaborate with content creators and influencers through TikTok’s Creator Marketplace integration
• Monitor TikTok Shop performance metrics and conversion optimization
• Ensure compliance with TikTok’s commerce policies and community guidelines
• Manage promotional campaigns and leverage TikTok’s native shopping features for maximum engagement

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in WordPress administration and customization
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling software and spatial design principles
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Canva design tools
• Familiarity with AI content generation tools and optimization techniques
• Proven experience with Facebook Business Manager and Meta Commerce platforms
• Proficiency in Google Merchant Center setup and product feed management
• Experience with TikTok Shop setup, management, and video-commerce optimization
• Understanding of social commerce best practices and multi-platform catalog synchronization

Language Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in English
• Professional proficiency in Spanish for content creation and localization
• Ability to adapt content for different cultural contexts and market preferences
