As Head of Business Analysis & Change, you will spearhead a practice focused on crafting transformative propositions that enhance citizen experiences and strengthen public services.
You will inspire and grow a talented team of analysts and change practitioners, build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, and drive excellence in client engagements. Your expertise in public sector challenges, leadership, and commercial acumen will be vital in shaping impactful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow a high-performing practice, increasing revenue and impact
- Develop innovative solutions for complex client challenges
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional results
- Advise public sector leaders with trusted insights
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in the public sector and consultancy
- Proven leadership and commercial skills
- Experience managing budgets
- Expertise in business analysis and change management
- Eligibility for SC clearance (5 years’ continuous UK residency)
Additional Benefits:
