Software Engineer

C#/.NET Core Engineer – Fintech – Fully Remote UK – 6-12 Month Contract

Overview

I'm currently working with a cutting-edge fintech organisation looking to take on a C#/.NET Developer for a 6-12 month contract (fully remote in the UK) with approximately 5+ years' of experience.

The Role:

You'll be working on an innovative payments platform, helping to build and scale secure, high-performance financial applications. This is a fully remote UK role where you'll collaborate with an agile team of experts in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable payment processing systems
• Implement and integrate payment APIs, gateways, and transaction processing services
• Ensure high performance, security, and compliance with financial regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2, etc.)
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, AWS deployments, and infrastructure automation

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET, .NET Core
• Strong experience in AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Expertise in payments platforms (payment processing, APIs, compliance)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
