What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Consultant & Developer, you’ll work alongside senior architects and product leads to deliver tailored Dynamics 365 solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both consultancy and development, contributing to real client projects from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
  • Supporting development of custom components using Power Platform, PCF controls, and React
  • Participating in client workshops, gathering requirements, and drafting technical specs
  • Testing, documenting, and refining solutions for CRMDocs365 and Quote Manager CPQ
  • Collaborating on branding and UI/UX alignment across client-facing materials
  • Learning best practices in agile delivery, productization, and scalable architecture
