Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to help shape intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for business applications. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to lead UX efforts across the product lifecycle—from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based productivity tools.
- Partner with product managers to enhance UX for supply chain/distribution solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final design specs.
- Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement designs.
- Influence design standards and ensure brand consistency.
- Evaluate features using usability heuristics and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years in UX or interaction design with launched web/software products.
- Experience with ERP, cloud financial, or operational systems preferred.
- Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing UX design work.
