What You’ll Need

• A proven track record in recruitment (ideally within tech)
• A proven track record in a 360 recruitment role
• A competitive mindset and strong drive to succeed
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilience: recruitment is a rollercoaster, and we value perseverance
• Organisational skills: managing multiple candidates and clients is key
• Adaptability: we’re fast-paced and ever-evolving
