Service Care Solutions is working alongside a forward-thinking local authority, based in Somerset, which is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team. In this role you will be providing expert legal advice and support to clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters.
Location: Somerset – hybrid
Contract: 3 months ongoing, 25 hours per week
Key responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor role:
- Handle a mixed caseload of litigation legal matters from start to completion.
- The caseload will include but is not limited to homelessness, housing disrepair, Debt recovery, possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, Traveller encampments, regulatory prosecutions and some SEN.
- Support junior colleagues and legal assistants within the department.
