The firm’s Commercial Litigation team advises a broad client base, including SMEs, local businesses, and public sector organisations, on a wide range of disputes. The work covers a mix of commercial litigation matters such as contractual disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, and shareholder disputes.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor to step into a key role, working directly with experienced Partners to manage and develop a diverse caseload of high-quality work, while also contributing to the growth of the department.
The Candidate
- 0-2 PQE and experience or exposure to Commercial Litigation
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with attention to detail
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to litigation
- Strong communication and client management skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ambition and drive to progress within a growing team
