Private Client Solicitor – West Sussex

Overview

Our client, a regional law firm with a strong presence across Sussex and beyond, is seeking to grow its private client offer across Worthing, Horsham and the wider West Sussex area. The firm treats later-life matters with sensitivity and provides a dedicated point of contact to guide clients through all private client matters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private client services across probate and estate administration, wills, trusts, enduring powers of attorney (LPAs) and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
• Assist in complex tax and succession planning matters, including international estates and trusts, and work alongside a partner on flagship matters.
• Contribute to the growth of the Private Client team, supporting a varied workload and delivering high levels of client service.

Qualifications and experience

• Ideally 5 years PQE or above gained within the private client sector (this is a preference, not a prerequisite).
• Experience supporting at Senior Associate level or greater.
• Flexible working including hybrid arrangements; full-time or part-time applications considered.
