Our client is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in a brand-new office located in Axminster.
This is a fantastic time to join our client as they continue to grow and invest in their people and infrastructure. At the beginning of the month, their Axminster and Chard offices merged into one brand-new building. While the character of the historical offices will be missed, the new premises provide a modern, healthy, and well-equipped working environment that better supports both clients and employees. The feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive, and the team is excited to welcome new colleagues into the office.
You will be working within the Commercial Property department, handling a wide-ranging caseload that may include:
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters, including lease drafting and renewals
Development work and property finance
Advising a varied client base, from SMEs to larger businesses and developers
You will be given the autonomy to manage your own matters while benefiting from the support of a collaborative and experienced team.
The ideal candidate will be:
A qualified solicitor with proven experience in commercial property work
Skilled at managing a varied caseload with confidence and independence
A strong communicator with excellent client care skills
Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing office
