Litigation Associate

Overview

Eden Rose is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Solicitor to join the firm that delivers professional legal services across the East Midlands. Location: Loughborough, Stapleford and Bingham (flexible working location).

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients across a wide range of litigation matters
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents
• Act on behalf of clients in court, mediations and negotiations
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies
• Maintain accurate client records and case management systems
• Stay current with changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide clear advice
• Client-focused, approachable and professional
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
